WFTB - Live Tweet Notes

Some quick book keeping items to get out of the way, before I start compiling editing the tweets from last nights live tweet.

For those of you WFTB that couldn’t make the live tweet, now’s your chance to send me your thoughts (@LOST_WFTB) or post some comments here before I finalize the twee-cap.

To see last nights tweets, see #S1E4 hash tag (link filters out the bothersome valenzetti bot) and then click more at the bottom about 8 times! (Any ideas/tools to better Search Twitter than the website? ) We had WELL over 100 tweets last night, and some great conversation.

Regarding hashtags.  I decided to strip #LOST #WFTB from the live tweets and settled on a single tag to 1) give us more characters. 2) Allow people that haven’t seen the episode to filter out the live tweets until their ready to read them.

Another topic that came up last night that we can discuss.  What about first time viewers, people like @DieCer that have just found the show?  Many of us are repeat veiwers that have been watching/rewatching/theorizing for ages.  This is a lot of noise for a new viewer to try to understand?  Any thoughts on how to address this? One idea was to start another hashtag (#ft?) that would be spoiler free. Another was to start another group LOST_WFTFT (Watch for the first time).  If the later, we’ll need a person willing to cat-herd that group.

Also, sorry for the late start time. Going forward I think we should start earlier. How does ~8PM CST look for people?
