I highlighted these sections in my Kindle app on my iPhone.

    Location 459:

(among creatures who think of themselves as part of a group and only secondaryily if at all, as individuals)

[NOTE: Maybe humans have this backwards, at least until we hit the sideways/afterlife... is it because of the fall, that humans think of themselves as individuals, and only with a spiritual awakenings begin to think like rabbits?]

To him, perplexity was worse than danger, and when he was perplexed he usually grew angry

We see this numerous times in LOST, the danger was one thing, the perplexity was what drove our characters bonkers, Locke in the hatch, while Ben was manipulating John and Jack. Jack’s fits of anger at the others, etc… stuff didn’t make sense which brought the anger.

    Location 708 – Chapter Quote – Acts Ch 27

The centurion… commanded that they which could wim should cast themselves first into the sea and get to land. And the rest, some on boards and some on broken pieces of the ship. And so it came to pass, that they escaped all safe to land.

Interesting to remember the Apostle Paul was ship wrecked to a wretched island, Crete. The bible also says that all Cretans are Liars… don’t you love bible/LOST parallels?

As for Silverweed, all I can say is, I’ll keep the Silver and he can just be Weed.

Say that in a Sawyer voice. ;)

That wasn’t why they destroyed the warren. It was just because we were in their way. They killed us to suit themselves.

When we think of the downs, we think of the downs in daylight, as we think of a rabbit with its fur on. Stubbs mays have envisaged the skeleton inside the hourse, but most of us do not: and we usually envisage the downs without daylight, even though the light is not part of the down itself as the hide is part of the horse itself. We take daylight for granted.

How do we think of the island, in daylight or night? How do we think of our ‘special place’? It’s interesting, that Daneil thought the light fell differently on the island.

… as you all know, rabbits are very good at keeping secrets from other animals, but no good at keeping secrets from each other.

    Location 3277

The Honeycomb was as good as finished – though the rabbits are not methodical and are never really certain when anything is finished – and the surrounding burrows and runs were taking shape.

The series of Stations, the maze of pre-Dharma tunnels, all signs of Progress, even though they were never ‘finished’.

    That’s all I got.

How did you get your kindle notes out to paste them into the post? I have to know.

I typed them out long hand. You mean there is a way to do this automatically? *facepalm*. :D
