Matthew Fox and GORGEOUS wife pics thanks to Matthew-Fox.net

Well, the Emmys didn’t go how I hoped. [Do NOT read my Emmy tweets if you don't like profanity!] However, it was great fun to see our losties’ again!

Here are the Los Angeles Times‘ newly posted red carpet interviews from LOST Cast members: Terry O’Quinn and Jorge Garcia. Also TV Guide Channel’s interviews with Daniel Dae Kim and Michael Emerson’s lovely wife, Carrie Preston [Trueblood].

Thank’s ErinAva for the motto… our last We ReWatch Wednesday is tonight at 8PM CDT, for The End.  Join us in the chat room a few minutes before, and have your DVR, Hulu, ABC.com or download (iTunes) ready to press play.  Hope to see you there!

A day that will be etched on my brain for perhaps years to come.  Too tired to say more at this point, other than for me, it was beautiful, amazing,  beyond all my expectations, and I am completely content.  Not everyone agrees, and I feel for them truly,  but Tweets O’ the Day is meant to be a happy place, so those tweets won’t be here.  These tweets are from most of the day and night of Finale Day, May 23, 2010.  The #ThanksToLost hashtag was still going strong. I cut it off at midnight Pacific; more tomorrow, obviously.  If you are in the US, you may not know that other countries were able to watch the finale at 5 am this morning (5/24) their time.  If you’re not in the US, you may not know that we had a two-hour summary/clip show that preceded the finale, and that during commercials, fan messages of thanks and farewell were imposed upon LOST props, and these were referred to as “Final Transmissions.”

Tweets by LOST production are in red, and if you want to see who’s who, click here.

Noreen O'Toole NoreenOTRT @paulscheer: I hear tonight on Breaking Bad, the characters just watch the 1st hour of the LOST Finale silently. 12:16 PM May 23rd

Scott Draper freescottdraper – Can’t believe that tonight the roller coaster will end, and we’ll all be asked to exit the ride. But what a ride it’s been! #ThankstoLost 12:20 PM May 23rd

For six seasons you have faithfully gathered to follow the stories of Jack, Kate, Hurley, Sawyer, Locke, and the Others. Now we want to go “Through the Looking Glass” and see the fans who have always been an active part of the Lost phenomenon. It’s time to take your bows as the series ends.

Keep Your Cameras/Cell Phones In Hand All Night

On Lost Sunday, May 23, send us pictures throughout the night!  Show us your own TV-watching islands, take reaction shots of your group as things are revealed, document your own moment in time with the finale and share it with the whole Lost community. The recap show runs from 7:00 to 9:00 pm. ET, the finale from 9:00 to 11:30 pm ET, and the Jimmy Kimmel Live: Aloha to Lost begins at 12:05 am ET.

To the best of our ability, we will post all acceptable submissions on this page the next day. Don’t miss this opportunity to be seen as part of the global Lost community.

Click here for the full article and submission form.  Thanks to paleycenter for this great project and for the head’s up!

Tonight I made my way down to The Reef bar in Adam’s Morgan, the heart of DC. The event, hosted by Jen and Liz of the Washington Post was a lot of fun, and a good time was had by all. There were Lost-themed drink specials, a costume contest, prize give aways, and huge tv screens playing the Pilot episode. I made sure to take a good amount of pictures to capture the evening. The highlight for me was watching my roommate, dressed as Sawyer, ask out an incredibly hot Washington Post videographer and get shot down. Don’t worry Ryan…..plenty of Dharma fish in the sea.

Actually, the real highlight for me was at the end, once most of the people had left, I spent about 20 solid minutes talking with Jen from the Washington Post. She couldn’t be nicer, and I am really looking forward to getting her involved with the LOSTblog rewatch. Ok…onto the pictures:

Remember that LOSTblog has three chatrooms open for live chatting during the TV shows.  So with the awesome news that Sky1 will be simulcasting the LOST finale alongside the West Coast TV viewers, this is a good time to broadcast the chatroom addresses for people that want to virtually squee along to the finale, and avoid possible spoilers from Twitter and other time sensitive social networks.

We use Chatroll as our chatting engine, and it currently has a 50 user max.

In a way, the “Lost” island — with its cliques, secret crushes and occasionally long-winded lessons about physics — has always been a little like high school. So with the series coming to an end, what better way to honor our favorite characters than by selecting “Lost” superlatives?

Vote for the Lostie who most deserves each of the titles below, then come back on Monday, May 24 — the day after the “Lost” finale — to see who was selected as the winner in each category. And if the high school yearbook vibe moves you to print out this page so the Smoke Monster can sign it — “Have a hot summer, but keep cool. Love, Smokey” — by all means, be our guest.

Yes, I was there!  LOST Live The Final Celebration.  A concert, and a preview of next week’s new episode.  I decided to post about it in my favorite way, by posting tweets about it!  As always, LOST cast and staff tweets are in red, and if you’re not sure who each of them are by their twitter name, you can use the chart here.  I drove up from San Diego with my friend Kellie (TVFan4Life on Twitter) and met my friend Cheryl – and many others! – once we got there.  You could see everyone’s excitement building by reading the tweets:
