Jacob – aka Alexander Ripps – @alexripps – email

Alex is the man behind the curtain. Never one to rely solely on his good looks, Alex had a dream to create a LOST website that would be a “constant” for LOST fans. It started with acquiring the domain name LOSTblog.com, and came to life with the assembly of the best crew in all of the LOST-verse (see below). Alex grew up in Boca Raton, Florida and currently resides in Washington, DC where he just finished law school. His greatest accomplishment was the successful purchase of seasons 1-3 of LOST for $6 at a going-out-of-business Blockbuster. He has also always maintained that one of the characters on LOST should have been a lawyer.

Jon – aka Jon Stueve – @LOST_BOSS – email

Jon spends his days dreaming, actually working as a tech writer. During his off hours he obsesses over this site, and is glad he has an able team to keep things running smoothly. A LOST fan since season 1, has gotten actively (overactively) engaged in the LOST fan-verse after season 5. He started two crazy ideas, LOST Watch from the Beginning (WFTB) – a twitter based LOST re-watch where 103 hours of LOST episodes were watched and tweeters with a loyal group of tweeps. He also spearhead the LOST Themed Disney Petition in a fit of unabashed fandom for both LOST and Disney. This is his third (last?) crazy idea. Quote: “Don’t tell me what I can’t do!”

Cath – aka Cath Howard – @cathryanhoward - email

Catherine lives in Cork, Ireland, where she daydreams of being a published novelist, wishes she still lived in Florida (where she could Lost when it airs with the rest of America!) and drinks way, WAY too much coffee. She has been watching since the pilot and although Matthew Fox may have drawn her in initially, she’s stayed for the mystery, the brain-aches and the amazing television. Oh, and Sawyer.

Scott – aka Scott Welch – @scott_welch – email

A LOST junkie who is really only one half of a dynamic duo of a LOST team (his wife is the real brains behind the operation). Scott lives in Virginia in a place where internet connections and cell phone signals are worse than the Island! I am neither a Jater nor a Skater and Sayid is my hero. I would say that coffee is my constant…but Erin’s already taken that line. So: Live together, die alone!

A Mega LOST fan from the get go, Amy lives in Hawai’i, has been an extra on the show and wants you to know that Jack & Sawyer are MUCH hotter in person. Amy wants to collect stories from LOST fans far and wide and can’t wait to talk to you! Quote: “If your theory about LOST is wrong, you’re just like everybody else!”

Tina– aka Tina Simmons – @lostdogs20 – email

Tina lives in Denver and day dreams of being Matthew Fox’s personal assistant with benefits.
A Lost fan since September 22, 2004 when she learned that Foxy had a new show. Tina watched all 6 seasons of Party of Five and only wanted to kill the younger kids every few episodes. Tina is such a Lostaholic she is co Lost series manager at http://www.series.nu/ and has her own Tumblr page about her favorite subject. Tina also collects action figures and magazines. Tina is a hardcore Jater (Jate is Fate) but still likes Sawyer when he’s with other women. Tina’s constant is her trusty laptop with wifi.

Brad – aka Brad Johnson – @13stages – email

Brad’s real world responsibilities include playing guitar and writing music, watching more TV and movies than Roger Ebert, obsessing over every aspect of LOST, reading everything from Stephen King to the Dali Lama, and making vague threats about writing another novel. When he can find time for leisure, Brad develops software at Clemson University, attends to his pregnant wife, and cares for his four year-old son.

Blythe Ann – aka Blythe Ann Johnson – @roobadoo87 – email

A Lostie without a cause… or is that rebel? Well, both are fitting. Blythe is from Texas, but her location in the state tends to change as often as the islands does. She’s a hardcore Skater, but not in the sense of actually owning a skateboard, she is preparing for the end of LOST by incorporating more black into her wardrobe and buying stock in Kleenex. Blythe could look at Josh Holloway all day, and hopes that one day she can write something half as engaging as LOST.  She laughs, “Darlton, I bow down to you.” Quote: “It only ends once, everything before that is just progress.”

Tom – aka Tom Wilson – @tomwilson23 – email

A Lost fan who really doesn’t want to be found. Tom lives in England but isn’t sure where… perhaps the south? He couldn’t really care less about the Jate Skate Suliet stuff. Tom only really cares about Ben; if he dies Tom will bawl his little eyes out. Scones & Mayonaise (not together, that would be disgusting) are Tom’s constants.

Erin – aka Erin Willard – @Loster21 – email

A Lost fan since September 22, 2004, Erin lives in San Diego with her LOST-tolerant and supportive husband and son. She attended her first Comic Con in July 2009, and yes, she camped out for the Lost panel starting at 7:15 pm the night before. Quote: “Coffee is my Constant.”

Bad Mombot – aka Jessica Orso – @CarnivalMonkey – email

She’s a Lost super freak hailing from an undiscovered hatch in Alabama, along with her techo-geek-redneck husband. She thinks one of the best parts of Lost is the fan community, and is hoping to talk to as many as possible in the upcoming vidcasts. When she’s not watching/obsessing over Lost she’s chasing after three adorable little kids who call her, “Mom.” She may or may not be known in her household for the following statement: “If you don’t pick up those Zhu Zhu Pets right now, I’m gonna take them down to the Orchid station and donkey wheel them to the Tunisian Desert.”

Neil is also the founder and head writer for A True Review a film review site that contains reviews of recent films in the box office, who’s goal is to provide reviews that are unbiased based upon 5 different criteria. Neil is a fan of LOST, television and film.

ErinAva jumped into Lost during the Season 2-3 hiatus and was quickly hooked (because who isn’t?!). She quietly theorized alone about Lost until Twitter (and @Loster21) brought her into the wonderful LOSTblog family for the final season. She started on the We Talk About Lost podcast and has now committed to leading the Tuesday night re-watch, as well as writing recaps. She hopes to do as many podcasts to go along with that because she is addicted to them. When she is not enjoying the ride we call Lost, you can find her working, writing, jogging or being a mommy to Ava, born January 16, 2009 (numbers). Quote: Jate is Fate.
